Natalie Binder has deep roots in the Telluride area, so it was only natural that she landed in Telluride nearly 25 years ago after moving from Wyoming. With an undergraduate degree in Hospitality and a Master’s in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver, she forged a career in both industries beginning with the development team at Lumiere in Mountain Village. After launching Lumiere on the sales and marketing team with Sotheby’s, she opened the hotel as General Manager.
She spent eight years managing Exceptional Stays, a luxury management company, while helping launch international markets in Mexico, Spain, and Switzerland. Along with an active real estate career, Natalie is a partner and developer at CampV, a boutique redevelopment project located just an hour from Telluride.
In addition to her professional work, Natalie is actively involved in regional community development and serves on the West End Trail Alliance board, helping advance trail development and outdoor access in the West End of Montrose County.
